I mean ever compare Britney Spears to average folk?
She’s still in another league, even nowadays when she’s not what she used to be.
So why do celebrities get torn apart, when they’re still basically hotter than the average person?
Amy winehouse even with her hair and over ness, is about 10000 times more thin, and glammed up and looks like a celebrity, compared to let’s say , average girl next door.
But back to Britney.
Why is she getting criticized so bad?
She’s still a very pretty girl.
She still looks awesome in her videos and doesn’t look too bad in her pictures.
Granted, she can look and act very “trashy”, but even at her worst, she’s still better than many average people.
She just has that “celeb” look to her.
Can honestly any average people say they have that look?
Maybe, after spending 100000 hours at the MAC counter and shelling out money for outfits,
but they still probably would never look like Britney Spears, even in her “over” days.
Also as for her appearance at the VMA’s. what the hell? She looked good. her face was as plastic and made up as ever, and her “fake” hair was as blonde and as awesome as ever, and her body though chunkier is okay, and if that was Mariah’s body, everyone would be saying how hot she looked, not how fat she is.
Kelly clarkson is fatter than britney and she isn’t getting as criticized.
Are people just picking on Britney because they WANT to see her fall and because they **** her?
I just don’t get it.

I think with her appearance, people forget she is human & that she has popped out 2 babies. Sure she used to have abs, but not every celeb can bounce back so easily.
I can’t agree that she is pretty though now. Ever see a close up of her face w/o make-up on? Her extensions are terrible as well! There are average people out there that look drop dead gorgeous compared to Britney now.

She has been slammed so much for her actions but if you think about it she isnt as bad as some “normal people”. I have seen mother’s do far more worse things than she has done and they still have there children. It is because she is famous.
I believe she has suffered from Bi Polar for many years and having children she suffers from post partum then on top of that being hounded by the media that will not let the poor girl take a breath of air of course she is in the mess she is in. Just give her a BREAK maybe if she can get a moment of peace she will come back to the sweet Britney we use to love.

You have an interesting point. She is still pretty. I think she gained weight, but she is still by NO means fat. It’s interesting you say to compare her to the average person too. It’s ironic that many call her fat when the average American is overweight themselves. She’s not in a good state right now. She would probably get better faster if someone took a camera off of her for 30 seconds. I think that people who are failing themselves like to watch someone who was once great fail too. Britney doesnt have her head screwed on straight. Yea shes still a cute girl and all. Kelly Clarkson is a girl who choses to keep a low-profile and away from the hollywood spotlight. She keeps her private life priavte. The only time Kelly is in the news when shes promoting a new album and on tour. Kelly is all about her music. She not interested in the celebrity lifestyle and wild hollywood partying and drugs. No wonder why some of those Hollywood celebs like Britney is so screwed up. Yes Kelly is bigger than Britney Spears. Shes a bit hefty and chunky. Kelly get lots of nasty and vicious comments on the internet about her weight. From time to time the media critizes her weight. Thats not whats important. Kellys amazing talent outshines all the superfical crap of hollywood women looking like skin and bones. Thats not attractive at all.
A lot of Hollywood celebs are overrated as for as looks are concerned. A lot of it is makeup. Those stars have all those professional stylists and makeup artists to make them look glamarous. Most of them arent naturally beautiful. Its all makeup. Heck you got ordinary everday people who look way better than those hollywood celebs. Amy Winehouse looks like a skeleton. Shes average. Shes in reahab right now for drug addiction. A total mess just like Britney.

I never thought she was fat maybe gained some weight but far from fat and she is okay meaning she is not that pretty I seen some normal girls that look way better than Brittany. Infact off the top of my head I could think of 10 normal people I know that looks better.
