i dont play sports
i am starting cheer in august

i dont have a healthy diet cuz i am at my dads a lot and he just doesnt care and i dont have enough will power to stop my self from eating bad foods

i am afraid of the ball in sports thats why im doing cheerleading.
i did weight watchers and lost weight but then we lost alot of $$ and couldnt afford the $12 a mmonth anymore.
and yeah im just disgusted with myself HELP!!!!

    Did you notice something in the photo of what you’d like to look like has something that looks suspiciously like a ***** in her belly button? Maybe that’s what’s holding her belly in. ;-) LOL Seriously you are worrying for nothing. You look fine.

    dont eat lots, exersize!!! water, get a pilates tape do it every night, eat really slowly

    I know it’s hard when there’s unhealthy food around you…you just have to tough it out and resist the temptation. Whenever you find yourself craving a certain food that’s not good for you…drink a glass of water and go brush your teeth. It gives yourself a chance to get your mind of that particular item of food (and I **** eating after brushing my teeth…yuck!!)

    heheh sorry, i’ll give you some tips;
    WELLLLLLLLLLLLLLLL,
    drink lots of water,
    always eat breakfast,
    cardio exercise such as running,swimming, burns fat
    i try and exercise every morning, and i know its harddddd
    im trying to lose weight, myself, so i know what you’re going though. umm, don’t keep eating until you’re full, limit your portions, if you eat when you’re bored find something else to keep your mind off, don’t eat in front of the tv- you tend to eat more, try and eat healthier but if you can’t its okay, just don’t overdo it.

    If you really want to loose weight all you have to do is eat Healthy and exercise you could go for a jog 5 then 10 then 15 minutes and so on I usually run for a about 30 minutes daily eat healthy and i weight 100 lbs. …

    lots of crunches/sit ups i guess!!
    or buy a workout/fitness dvd for just overall fitness
    or jogging will help with your fitness

    like omj im going thru the same thing. its hard cuz at first its fat then it hardens underneath the layers of fat and so its even harder to lose! i skip lunch, work hard in Phys Ed. and stay outta my kitchen cuz im just as eak as u r! n/o but like i cant resist al the fatty foods in my kitchen!
