when i think of a britney spears look i think of shaving ur head. so if u wanna look like her then shave ur head.

For toning, use light weights and do more reps (heavier weights and fewer reps bulks you up) and for cardio, I would say put on some of your favorite Britney songs and dance to them for about an hour! Hope this helps! Good Luck!
